The Way Back is an employee engagement program that I’ve created. It is a weekly shared practice that cultivates meaningful connection and allows us to be heard and seen for who we truly are.
This 10-minute interactive experience was created in Articulate Rise (solely by me) and prepares learners to lead their gathering with confidence. In addition, I created all assets, including the video, Articulate Storyline scenarios, and PDF handouts.
